Stoner Mashed Potatoes

  • 2 Tablespoon chives
  • 1/4 Cup of skim milk
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1/2 Cup of swiss cheese
  • 2 pats of unsalted butter


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Fill soup pot halfway with water and bring to boil
  3. Break up cauliflower into smaller bits and put in pot when water is boiling
  4. When cauliflower is soft it is done
  5. You can now transfer cauliflower into a food processor or blender. Add the milk (or non dairy milk of your choice), and the butter.
  6. When the mixture is creamy transfer cauliflower into a baking dish. Top with swiss cheese and chives. And cover with aluminum foil.  Cook for about 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
