***P.S.** You’re showing up every day for others—a reminder: you deserve snacks that show up for you, too.*

***P.P.S.** All the teachers I work with are dehydrated because they cannot use the bathroom. Ask your doctor to provide a note stating that using the bathroom is a medical necessity. Either that, or the school will be scrambling to call in substitutes on the day you have your next lithotripsy.*
